Hello everyone!
Sorry I have not been scheduling many meetups lately. It seems Venom has turned into a not so nice doggie when we are out. This has been happening for a little while now. I will try to continue scheduling meetups, but I may not make all of them. I have found that if I walk around with him and keep him "busy" he is less likely to try and start a fight! With that being said, if I am at a meetup but not hanging around with the rest of the boxer families.....that is the reason why. Hopefully I can figure out a way to get him to stop being so mean!!

    Phoebe, I can check Bull creek out if you would like. We used to go there all the time. But, since there wasn't much rain last summer the creek kind of dried up and so swimming wasn't much fun there anymore. I will take the "kids" there soon and see if the water is back up. There was also a problem of dogs and people getting sick because there was too much bacteria in the water. So I will check that out too and let you guys know!!!

    Tyson, I try and do the meetups at Red Bud because everyone seems likes it there so much. We have tried smaller parks, but the boxers tend to get all "congested" in one area, and a lot more fights tend to happen! With the bigger area, it it easier for people to walk around more and if a fight does happen, then they can move to another part of the park. Trust me, when there are 20 boxers in one small area and a fight breaks out, it's madness trying to get everyone under control.

    My Border Collie one day just didn't play well with others any longer. He is a boy. He only likes Ginger his sister who is the boxer on my profile...I even wrote Cesear Milan - he didn't respond, but I know there are local classes to resocialize or figure out maybe if it is something we are doing...it seems Cesear says it is something the owner is doing that the dog feels...Wish you the best with him...Hope I can make it next Sunday...
